  • 1st Month ($2,995) & Security Deposit ($3,400) due at signing

  • Credit check (score 650+) / Proof of income required (application will be processed via Zillow’s system)

  • Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 1-2 children (+ 2 pets - see below)

  • 100% Non-Smoking / Vaping / Hookah / Airborne Drugs (including prescription)
